She's an awesome life coach and puts her heart in helping you stay awake and aware and focus on getting aligned in whatever you do. What a concept! We got the MacDougall book, and I'm having fun flipping through it, seeing people I've known, and recognizing situations I've experienced. Those HAPZAPS remind me of aphids. You can get rid of them, but they always seem to come back, either challenging the same plant or other plants in your yard. Congratulations to Roxanne (and artist, contributor, editor husband) for a good job of covering life's perception gremlins.
